Refund policy

Help with a planning-pack purchase, access problem or refund request.

Updated 24 September 2026. Smart Scuff Solutions SRL supplies the DisplayMath software. This policy covers the €19 one-time DisplayMath planning pack. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.

Request help or a refund

Email hello@displaymath.com with the email used at checkout, the purchase date and your receipt or transaction reference. Tell us if the product is not working or does not match its description so we can investigate. Do not send card numbers, passwords or identity documents.

For a purchase processed by Paddle, you can also use the support link in your receipt or visit Paddle buyer support. Paddle processes the payment and refund under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.

Cancellation and faulty products

Applicable consumer law may give you a 14-day right to withdraw. Exceptions can apply to digital content supplied immediately where the required consent and acknowledgement were given at checkout. Paddle's policy explains those conditions. Using this website alone does not waive your statutory rights.

If the planning pack is faulty, unavailable after a confirmed payment, or materially different from its description, contact us. We will help restore access or investigate the fault, and applicable rights to a refund or other remedy remain available. A request after 14 days is not automatically rejected where the law provides a remedy.

After a refund

Once a refund is completed, future access to paid planning features is revoked. The free calculators remain available. Your bank or payment provider determines when the refunded amount appears; check the confirmation from Paddle for the payment status.

Retailer purchases

We do not sell TVs, monitors or mounting hardware. For an item purchased after following a retailer link, contact that retailer about returns, delivery, warranties or refunds. Buying a planning pack does not buy a retailer product.
