Screen size comparisons
Compare the physical size of TVs, monitors and laptops before choosing one. Each guide includes a drawing to scale and calculated measurements. Or build your own screen comparison.
Start with your room or desk
For a living room, compare 55 vs 65 inch TVs or 65 vs 75 inch TVs, then check the viewing angle from your couch. If you do not have a size in mind, start with your seating distance.
For a desk, start with 24 vs 27 inch monitors, 1440p vs 4K at 27 inches, or an ultrawide vs two monitors. Physical area and desktop workspace are different: more pixels can fit more content, while OS scaling makes that content larger.
