How to use DisplayMath and what the optional planning pack includes.

Free calculators and the planning pack

The screen comparison, TV size, mounting-height and pixels-per-degree calculators remain free. The optional planning pack costs €19 once, including applicable VAT. It is a personal licence for named saved setups, setup backup import and export, and printable comparison and placement reports. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

Use the free preview to check that the calculations and layout meet your needs before buying. This is browser software; no TV, monitor, bracket, installation service or physical item is included. A purchase does not include professional design or installation advice.

Payment and access

When available, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for those purchases and handles payment, applicable transaction taxes and payment support. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the transaction. The checkout and receipt identify the contracting Paddle entity and the final amount.

Paid features unlock after payment has been confirmed. If you lose access or use another device, request a restore link using your checkout email. You need access to that inbox; restore links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once. If access does not arrive, contact support with the receipt or transaction reference.

Your setups and reports

Named setups are stored in your browser on your device. They are not automatically synchronised between devices or backed up to an account. Export a setup backup before clearing browser data, and import it on another device after restoring your purchase. Keep downloaded reports and backups in a safe place.

A current browser with JavaScript is needed to use the planning tools. Printing and saving as PDF use your browser's print facility. Access restoration and payment confirmation need an internet connection. Features may receive maintenance and bug fixes; a one-time purchase does not promise that every future product or separately priced feature is included.

Use your own measurements

Reports calculate the screen picture area and position from the values you enter. They do not include bezels, stands, bracket holes, cable clearance, wall strength or mounting hardware. Verify the manufacturer's actual dimensions and bracket instructions before purchasing or installing. A qualified installer should assess the wall and attachment method when required.

Viewing angles and pixel-density references help you compare options. They are not guarantees of comfort, visual acuity, compatibility or product performance.

Personal use and availability

You may use your saved setups and exported reports for your own planning. Do not resell access to the paid tools, share purchase-restoration links publicly or misrepresent DisplayMath as an installation certification. Necessary maintenance may temporarily interrupt the website. Contact us if an interruption prevents use of a purchased feature.

Refunds and consumer rights

Our refund policy explains how to request help or a refund. A completed refund removes access to the paid features; it does not remove the free calculators. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies for a faulty or misdescribed product.

Privacy and retailer links

The privacy and affiliate disclosure explains storage, measurement and payment data. Retailer purchases are separate from the planning pack and are governed by that retailer's terms. We disclose commission-bearing links beside the relevant link; a retailer relationship does not change a calculation.
